Teresa (Ealy) Little
Director
Theresa (Ealy) Little has over 22 years' experience working in higher education in various student affairs positions, including the Associate Dean for Retention and Multicultural Affairs at Gateway Community and Technical College, and Assistant to the Dean at SUNY Geneseo's School of Business. Currently she serves as an external evaluator for the U.S. Department of Education's Title III, Title III-HSI and Title V projects for colleges in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. She also served as a Principal Investigator and Project Director for two U.S. Department of Education's Title III
Strengthening Institutions Programs (SIP) projects.

Theresa holds an M.S. in Student Personnel Administration (SPA), from SUNY Buffalo
State and an M.B.A. from Morehead State University. In addition, she is a certified
entrepreneurship learning facilitator through, "The Entrepreneurship Learning Initiative
(ELI)," as of September 2024.
Theresa resides in Lockport, NY, a part of the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area.
She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and four granddaughters.
Dr. Agnieszka (Agnes) Zak-Moskal

Dr. Agnieszka (Agnes) Zak-Moskal, Ed.D. has served in higher education leadership roles at
both small private and large public institutions, some of the titles include Interim Assistant Provost for Academic Success, Dean of Student Affairs, and Assistant Dean for Student Success and Advising. In addition to her leadership roles, she has conducted program evaluation for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE). Dr. Zak-Moskal has been involved in the U.S. Department of Education’s Title III Strengthening Institution Programs (SIP) in various capacities to include:

Dr. Zak-Moskal currently serves as Assistant Dean for Student Success and Advising at the
College of Arts and Sciences, University at Buffalo, a flagship institution of the State University of New York (SUNY). She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, from D’Youville University, M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York, and B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York (CUNY).
She resides with her two daughters in Buffalo, NY.
