Theresa holds an M.S. in Student Personnel Administration (SPA), from SUNY Buffalo State University and an M.B.A. from Morehead State University. In addition, she is a certified entrepreneurship learning facilitator through, "The Entrepreneurship Learning Initiative (ELI)," as of September 2024.
Theresa resides in Lockport, NY, a part of the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area. She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and four granddaughters.

Dr. Agnieszka (Agnes) Zak-Moskal, is an accomplished higher education leader with extensive experience advancing student success, institutional effectiveness, and strategic initiatives across public and private institutions. Her leadership experience includes serving as Interim Assistant Provost for Academic Success, Dean of Student Affairs, and Assistant Dean for Student Success and Advising.
Dr. Zak-Moskal brings significant expertise in federally funded grant administration, program evaluation, and institutional capacity building. She has evaluated programs supported by U.S. Department of Education Title III and Title V grants, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE). She has contributed to successful Title III grant proposals, served on institutional Title III steering committees, and directed grant-funded initiatives. Notably, she was appointed as Title III Activity Director for a grant that had fallen behind schedule and, through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration, successfully brought the project back on track to meet its goals and timelines.
Dr. Zak-Moskal currently serves as Assistant Dean for Student Success and Advising in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University at Buffalo, a flagship institution of the State University of New York (SUNY). She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from D’Youville University, an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York.
She resides in Buffalo, New York, with her two daughters.
